Healthy Life for this April

Yes…

i try to live healthier than before.

i start to do some sport yesterday.

i plan to spent 30 minutes everyday for doing exercises

i do run , sit up and weight-lift.

and not only that….

i take yoghurt and milk everyday.

oh yeah

i am not going to eat rice this month…

that is so challenging for me.. can i do that…hahahahha

 

now i am in J.CO eating yoghurt with my computer science friends….

yiaayy try to be healthy

and every Friday started from last week, my advertising class will play futsal.
